All intellectual property rights (including copyright and trademarks) in the content and design of this website are owned by April Nicholls T/as Orange Moon Mystical. 

You may, for personal use only, print a copy of any part of this website to view it.  All other use, copying or reproduction of any part of this website is prohibited without our prior written approval.

Sale of Services

These Terms govern the sale of services on this website.

The following services are avaliable on this website:

• Psychic Readings;

• Channelled Spiritual Communication;

• Psychic Mediumship;

• Energy Healing and;

• Participation in Workshops and Events relating to the above mentioned services.

These services will be paid for in full. At any time some services will require payment when ordered, other services will be paid upon completion. If payment is made upon completion, it is due immediately.

These Terms apply to all the services that are displayed on this website at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from this website at your own risk.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on this website:

• Debit/Credit Card, or
• Any other payments accepted by Square.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Refunds

We provide refunds for services provided on this website as follows:

• Services will be refunded if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled session or event. Any cancellations occurring less than 48 hours to the scheduled session or event will not be refunded.

• In the event consent cannot be gained from the being/loved one during Psychic Mediumship, you will be informed. You will then be offered the option of another service. If you don't want this, a refund will be processed if payment has been made.

• With Psychic Readings, there may be instances in which a connection to energies cannot be made. If this is the case, you will be informed and a refund processed if payment has been made.

• In general, refunds for Psychic Readings, Psychic Mediumship (except in cases outlined above), Channelled Spiritual Communication, and Energy Healing will not be given because the outcome was not what you wanted/expected to hear/happen. A service has been rendered and payment is still expected.

• If you have genuine queries or concerns regarding any of the services and payment, please feel free to contact via the website contact form, email, or phone number if located in Australia. These situations will be considered on a case by case basis, and left up to the discretion of April Nicholls T/as Orange Moon Mystical.

Consumer Protection Law

Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms  will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of legislation will apply.

This website may provide links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. This is done for your convenience only.  We take no responsibility for the accuracy or currency of any content, policies or practices of any third party website or service linked.

• For legal reasons all services and information offered and/or discussed in any rooms, expos, markets, fairs, digital media, online sessions, phone sessions, in person sessions, email/written readings, and/or any other sessions are for entertainment purposes only.;

• April Nicholls T/as Orange Moon Mystical advises the client that she is not a qualified medical doctor, psychiatrist/psychologist/counsellor, lawyer, or financial advisor; and therefore does not offer any type of diagnosis/medical advice, psychological counselling or advice, or any legal or financial advice.;

• April Nicholls T/as Orange Moon Mystical advises that the client takes sole responsibility for any decisions/actions  made and/or taken based on information passed on in any psychic reading using tarot and channelling, channelled spiritual communication, mediumship, workshop/event, or healing session.; and

• April Nicholls T/as Orange Moon Mystical advises that you should seek assistance from qualified medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial professionals.
